Please take a moment to reflect on someone within our school community who has made a lasting impact on your life. Whether it's a teacher, advisor, classmate, coach, or staff member, we want to hear about the individuals who have inspired and influenced you.

Recording Tips:
  • You can record directly to ThankView on your desktop or mobile device. If using your phone, make sure to film horizontally so you fill the frame.
  • When recording with a phone or tablet, use a tripod or prop it up with something like books for stability. Try not to record while holding your device.
  • Be mindful of background noise and lighting. We want to make sure recipients can see and hear you well!
  • Don't be afraid to record multiple takes before submitting, if necessary.

Video Content Tips:
  • Please be sure to include your name and class year, as well as context about the person you're giving to honor. For example, "My name is John Smith, class of 2008, and I'm giving in honor of my former soccer coach Will Ellerbie."
  • Take as long as you need to share your story. If we excerpt a portion of your video for social sharing, please be aware that your full video will be kept within our archive.
  • Be yourself and have fun!
  1. Select ‘Record Video’ to begin the process
  2. Enable your webcam.
  3. Click ‘Start Recording’ and wait for the 3 second countdown.
  4. When you are finished recording, click ‘Stop Recording.’
  5. Wait for your video to upload to our servers.
  6. Click the play button to review your video. If you are not satisfied with your recording, you can click ‘Rerecord’ and try again. If you are satisfied with your recording, click ‘Submit Video’.
  7. Accept our terms and conditions to complete submission.
  1. Select ‘Record Video’ to begin the process.
  2. Click ‘Record Video’ or ‘Upload Video’. Please wait for your video to upload to our servers.
  3. Click the play button to review your video. You can rerecord or upload another video if you are not satisfied with your recording.
  4. If you are satisfied with your recording, click ‘Submit Video’ and ‘Continue’ to accept our terms and conditions and submit your video.
